tmarch
Hello sgtmajorsav, geeting form Tennessee, I recently purchased the netduma too and if your in the neighboring state for some reason I myself experience the same problem as you do, always connecting with that Washington state sever where the ping level are sometimes high. My problem is that the only way I can get into a lobby is by moving my ping assist up to 70 then it will connect to that same Washington sever with connecting host outside my geo filter range and then the lobby hopping starts. Good luck I will be following this thread.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 8, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 8, 2015 Hey tmarch, theres a few things you can do here. Set your home location, then put the distance really small, press the 'Snap' button a few times to auto expand the Geo-filter to an optimum size for getting games. Increase the Geo-filter to include the padlock so you get into that game. Disable strict mode, this will allow more games to be connected to, please note they may appear outside of your filter. Move your home until you get a different host or padlock appear (you may have to restart the game but may not) and bare in mind our anti-cheat if you connect to games and continue to try and find other hosts. You may need to apply cloud settings again, that will flush out the latest cloud. To do this go to settings > miscellaneous and also ensure enable and bleeding edge is ticked, then apply
