my qos and geo filter wont load factory rest and still nothing everthign eles load on homepage internet is working fine just get circles like its goiing to load

What router are you using?

When did this start occurring, after you changed a setting?

Is it the whole page that doesn't load or just some panels on that page?

Does it occur in all browsers/incognito browser?

r1 on newest update it started when i moved the r1 downstairs couple days ago  everything else loads just geo and qos  wont load

Does it occur on all browsers and have you done a reboot instead of a factory reset? Have you got the router plugged directly into the wall or are you using an extender?

Okay plug directly into the wall as it may not be getting enough power. Then I'd suggest downgrading to the previous firmware, confirming you can access both pages then reupgrade.

Don't worry about the logs, they're primarily aimed at developers and show normal background processes.

You should have received an email with the previous version if you signed up early enough. If not you can downgrade to the original R1 firmware: https://www.dropbox.com/s/701ezvt4qmezdgu/R1-v-1-03-6j.sig?dl=0 just click the update icon in the top right of the interface upload the file and click update
