Slow speeds

Hi - this will be a hardware issue, probably not caused on the router by something else. Could you try this please:

  1. Swap ethernet cables for a different cable
  2. Try testing with a different device

If speeds are still low, could you confirm which device you are using to test and how you are testings speeds e.g. are you using speedtest.net. Thanks.
