Slow speeds

Having a problem with slow speeds, if I use WiFi I get full speed 65+  but anything on lan its only getting roughly half 22/27 Im on xr500 latest firmware and have set everything back to factory settings with qos and iv6  disabled.

Hi - this will be a hardware issue, probably not caused on the router by something else. Could you try this please:

1. Swap ethernet cables for a different cable
2. Try testing with a different device

If speeds are still low, could you confirm which device you are using to test and how you are testings speeds e.g. are you using speedtest.net. Thanks.
