IndoorElephant
A few months ago my house flooded and I lost nearly everything that I owned, including my Netduma Router. Is there a way that I can use the Netduma Site on my new router? Thanks for any info you can provide.
BIG__DOG
I am not sure what you mean by netduma site? If you mean the firmware then the answer is no, if it is not a netduma router such as the R1, XR500/XR700. Sorry to hear about your flood, devastating! BIG__DOG
I have also moved this post from ! v ! support as that is not needed for the question you asked.
IndoorElephant
So the only solution would be to buy a new router from Netduma? Or could I just purchase an XR500/XR700 and somehow use the firmware?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 20, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 20, 2018 Unless you were within the warranty period (1 year since purchase date), then unfortunately you would need to purchase a new router. XR500/700 comes automatically preinstalled with DumaOS.
