Cant get the DumaOS dashboard to load

if i do get it to load kind of a get this error and cant do anything else

Im sorry for the post i did a factory reset and it seems to be fine now not sure what happen. Not sure what that message means in the screenshot i posted above if anyone knows what is causing that would appreciate the help.

• Glad to hear its resolved. I've only previously seen this when a PC firewall/antivirus was blocking it. Disabling it completely/whitelisting the IP worked so not sure if that was the cause in this case if a factory reset fixed it.
