Zennon
From Netflix site 0.5 Megabits per second - Required broadband connection speed 1.5 Megabits per second - Recommended broadband connection speed 3.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for SD quality 5.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for HD quality 25 Megabits per second - Recommended for Ultra HD quality So you should watch in SD with your BB speeds set in the congestion control ,set bandwidth tab Here It would normaly be suggested to use 70% each way on the sliders you might have to go a little higher with such low bandwidth to get the 3mb needed for sd without making your husband lag in game.I would set up the CC and pingwhile you dwatch to check how high the pings rise while you dl/stream.
