Geofilter Fifa 19

Hello

When i have the geofilter set to filtering mode whilst playing fifa 19 i only ever connected to the german server (i live in the UK), however when i set the geofilter to spectator mode i start getting connected to the closer french server, any idea of the reason?

This could just be a coincidence, how often has this happened? And which router do you own?

I own the Netgear Nighthawk xr500, i think you might be right about it being a coincidence, popped it back into filter mode and its now connecting to the french server which it never has. EA may have reopened the server after maintenance or something, who knows.
