Blade2
Hello, I have finished the quick set-up guide for the netduma R1 router but it won’t recognize my ps4 and ps3 consoles. Can you help me?
BIG__DOG
are their mac addresses listed in device manager? What firmware version are you using, dumaOS or the original R1 as this needs to be moved to the correct support section of the forum.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 23, 2018 Administrators Share Posted November 23, 2018 Hey, welcome to the forum! Match the IPs on the consoles network settings with the IP in the device manager and you can rename it
Blade2
Actually, I think I just renamed it but how do I correct the router signal location. Its located on the west coast on the map but I am on the east coast of the United States. And I did everything according to the quick start guide. Now how do I see the PlayStation icon on the select games/services page. I think the controller icons are suppose to be there but I can’t get it to show up. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 23, 2018 Administrators Share Posted November 23, 2018 Thats just a visual effect but you would give it the console device type in the device manager
