It seems like you've got quite a strange service selected, likely using the advanced settings. Try selecting a pre-determined service like Xbox Live, and also double check the IP address on that nameless device against the IP address shown by your console. If you used the advanced options on Hyper Traffic I'd recommend using a default service for that too - advanced settings there can cause even more issues.
