azza10
How many devices do you have connected, wired and wireless? Have you repeated this test over a few days? I would first check that the issue is repeatable which would rule out random interference. Reboot all your network equipment.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted October 12, 2018 Netduma Staff Share Posted October 12, 2018 The advice above is great. If you turn on WiFi then all the devices which automatically connect to the XR500 WiFi will be able to influence the test. Try ensuring all those WiFi devices are switched off, then conduct the test again. Generally speaking, Pingplotter tests indicate line / modem issues rather than router issues. You can prove this by connecting straight to the modem and running the same test.
