TorGuard VPN - How i set this up?

I have just bought TorGuard VPN. I I have gone onto the OPENVPN page on TorGuard but i get different variations to select from. I have tried a few dfifferent variations in the "Advanced VPN Connection Settings" page and have remembered to put username and password in when required in both the script text and also on the VPN on the router but still getting Failed to connect errors. 

 

Im unsure where i am going wrong. Ive tried TorGuard live chat and they were failing to answer after waiting atleast 30 mins

On Torguard, there are different types of OpenVPN but i think i have been trying one similar to what is on that guide but i get "Failed to communicate with router" with the following

First, could you try disable your anti-virus, adware or firewall and see if the error goes away.

 

If the error does not go away then it's possible you are trying to connect to a server that is down. Please untick 'enable' then click apply. Then reboot the router and try to connect to a different server please.

Thanks ive just a reboot, tried 2 different servers and rebooted in between each one. The error will change from "Failed to connect" to  "Failed to communicate with router" depending on if its just been rebooted

Can TorVPN provide you with any different openVpn config files? We work with all so it’s possible they’re giving you something that doesn’t work. You mentioned you had two files from them, are there any alternatives?

After multiple factory resets the 1 file is working.
