Lag central no matter what I did for 7 days now. Last ditch effort was throttle my congestion control to 15% up and down. Crap it melts now. Not questioning it. Playing in North American. Regardless of whether I use max sliders, whatever suppresses bloat (I can get away with 97%) or a matter of kilobits (I'm talking 150Kb), I see zero difference. 7.5 and 1.5Mb down and up respectively is still way more than the game needs to run.
