Strict nat, after down grade of Firmware...

Recommended Posts

Any reason, why I would be getting strict nat all the time, since having to downgrade the firmware, due to the issues?

My Xbox is DMZ'D.

But every time I turn it on, I have to reboot the console from cold, and reboot the router to get it to open.

Which is becoming tiresome.

Shouldn't be a reason that firmware would affect this. I'd make sure upstream hub has XR500 in DMZ with UPnP disabled/port forwarding removed or it's in modem mode. Remove any port forwarding rules on XR500 also.
