DankEddy
Worst investment of my life. My R1 is trash, it does nothing for me at all. When I try to get help, no one seems to help. Heard the R1 was getting optimized for fortnite. And guess what? My R1 hasn’t been updated. I applied bleeding edge about 100 times today and nothing. No one helps https://gyazo.com/4d484c0a37ea9e45b763f11882124340

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 4, 2018 Administrators Share Posted June 4, 2018 Hi Eddy, Regarding help, from what I can see on your profile out of the 5 topics you have created a Netduma member of staff has replied in every one of them. You also did not respond to any of the last posts which were all offering advice from either Netduma staff or moderators. If you do not respond to let us know if you continue to have issues then we cannot help you as it gives the assumption that the issue has been resolved. If you tell us the problem still exists in your topic then we can continue to help you. Regarding Fortnite heres a direct quote from the topic regarding it including what it did, what to expect when filtering and how to filter, we didn't mention profiles for R1 users as we did not include them as it is not something that can be updated from the cloud on the R1. The cloud database has now been updated, it optimises Fortnite, PUBG and other games. Games that will be most affected will be those using AWS or Azure dedicated servers. They should now all correctly be identified as a dedicated server as well as all appear in the correct location. You will now be able to Filter within the region for both Fortnite and PUBG. The game will attempt to load you into the server if its outside your radius so wait then re-search and game should be within your radius. Alternatively you can use Spectating Mode / Full radius to see where the server is located and if you don't like it, back out of the lobby and search again. HOW TO APPLY R1 Users The changes will auto install onto the R1 in 24-48 hours. There is no way to accelerate this. To filter these games, add your PC or console to the Geo-Filter and select either the Xbox Live or PlayStation service (choose either one if you are playing on PC) . DankEddy
And excuse my language, but I had this PoS for about 3 years now. Brought 2 different dumas. And still have problems with it. I’m pretty sure I’m well aquanted with it. Still the worst $300 I’ve ever spent. I’m about ready to smash it
