Im using the Netduma since almost a year and I my Connection is not even Close to yours. People drop with 3 Bullets but Im Shooting like 10-15. My Game is always lagging even in Hardcore. In June im changing my Internet Provider and hope I have constant good Connection. I wish I could Play core more often. .
