R3M!X Posted June 16, 2015 Share Posted June 16, 2015 So I was on the phone with my ISP and we were troubleshooting as to my Im only gettin 1/4 of the speed I am paying for. We power reset the modem. Still the same. Then I was asked to connect my pc direct to the modem and blam I was getting my max speeds. My question is, what is causing this when I connect the R1 from the modem?
