bigjerm
I signed in to the router and have access to the router. It shows the wifi on but I cannot use the internet or the wifi it says internet might not be available. It was working fine until I got a new modem it's an arris sb6183. I can hardwire the new router straight to the ps4 and it works fine. I have version 1.03.6i
BIG__DOG
did you do a factory reset of the R1 when you connected it to your new modem?

I can hardwire the new router straight to the ps4 and it works fine. I have version 1.03.6i Hi, welcome to the forum! As Big Dog suggested, I'd recommend trying a factory reset on the R1 via Miscellaneous settings. If this doesn't work, try a hard reset (switch off the modem and Netduma. Wait 5 minutes then switch on the Modem. Wait another minute and switch on the R1.) You could also try putting your Netduma in the DMZ of your new modem. Do this by copying the WAN IP found at the top of the Netduma Device Manager into the DMZ section on your new modem interface. Could you also describe your setup in more detail? Do you have any other routers / switches? Are you connected port 1 to port 1 (between the Modem and Netduma)?
