Loosing half more than half of my download speed with Netduma

Hi all,

So here is my configuration :

ISP modem > Netduma R1 > PS4

When i do a speedtest via the Netduma my download speed is 60 Mb and upload 15 Mb.

When i do a speedtest by connecting directly with my ISP moden my speed is 200 DL / 15 UL

Any idea how i can fix this issue.

(i run the test with reactive and the sliders at 100%)

Thank you !

Please give these settings a go:

- Share excess enabled

- Reset device prioritisation & apply
- Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc
- Disable deep packet in misc
- Ensure the ethernet cables you're using work properly.

Also make sure you aren't going by the speed test on your PS4 - the only accurate way to conduct a speed test is on a wired PC. Let us know how it goes :)

Thank you for answering.

I already applied those settings...

Re-enter your speeds in device manager and when it asks if you want to auto setup select yes. Do you get full speeds then?

Some great advice from Pollutionblues. Make sure Turbo Mode is ticked in settings > miscellaneous. I'd also try using a different Ethernet cable if possible.

Hi,

I let the Netduma make the auto set up of my bandwith and the speed is back.

However, my online experience isnt as you as good as it used to be, so i get back to my old my setting.

Thanks a lot for your answers !

I'm glad you can get your max speeds - it is true though that speeds aren't a measure of good gameplay. I'm happy that you've found a setup you like, please let us know if you have any more questions :)
