BIG__DOG
most ppoe isp connections are dynamic ip address based unless you go with a company like idnet who by default give static ip's but charge through the nose for their services. Normally for a static ip address you must shell out for it! The O.R hg612 modem is superb, many of us on the forum use it.

I'm glad you're able to access the UI again - can you access it via WiFi?

Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted February 22, 2018 Netduma Staff Share Posted February 22, 2018 Ah that's great. £2 for a static IP doesn't seem too shabby, it's just a shame you have to pay for it at all! Still, if this issue happens again be sure to let us know.
