Power light and ACT lights flashing

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

Having some problems with my netduma ...

Basically i just have the power light and act flashing when I power it up ...

I have tried to reset from the back of the router ( i can't get into the settings to do anything else)

No other lights are on at all .

I have had the duma since they first came out to be honest so maybe it has just run its life cycle ..

unplug it for 5 mins then with a pin or similar press the reset button and keep it held in while you push the power cable back into the R1 and keep the reset button pressed in for a further 10 seconds and then release and see if that works.....make sure you are connected wired via ethernet also.

Please let us know how you get on with this. I don't think it's necessarily a problem that those lights are on. If you plug an Ethernet cable in different ports, do any port lights switch on?

Also, are there any other symptoms or issues? Can you access the interface, and is the WiFi / Internet working properly?
