pollutionblues
Are you viewing the interface on a phone? Access it on a PC and you’ll see the device names (like in the picture)
pollutionblues
im trying to download the upgrade and it says failed with exitcode2? Unplug the router, wait 5 minutes, plug back in and try updating again. If that doesn’t work try re-downloading the update file again.

Download the upgrade Go to the Upgrade section on the Netduma interface Choose Advanced Ensure preserve settings & check version are ticked. Click browse & navigate to where you downloaded the upgrade file and click open. Click upgrade, it will take around 3 minutes. Please do not unplug the router during this time. If you are wired to your computer or connected via Wifi (and won't automatically connect to another Wifi name) you will be taken to the home interface screen when the upgrade has been completed. Is your PCs screen resolution set correctly? Can you post a screenshot of what you have on your screen when you try and delete devices please? If you click on ‘More Reply Options’ it gives you the option to upload files or you could upload the screenshot to imgur.com and post the link here. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 27, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 27, 2018 There really isn't a need to upgrade as there are new no new features. In regards to deleting devices it you can delete the ones without an IP address. It doesn't matter which ones you delete, if they connect to the router again they will show up again. AdamQ
Thanks i wont upgrade then but id still like to delet users that i know will never connect again. Id like to see what im seleting but i cant see anything left of general purpose. Thanks Hi Manish - I am not sure I understand what you mean by 'anything left of general purpose'. If you want to delete a device, go to the Device Manager and click 'Edit'. You can then delete each device that is not connected. Does this answer your question?
