nytemare01 Posted January 12, 2018 Share Posted January 12, 2018 Just got the xr500 and went through the setup process but when finished the dashboard will not load. getting message "r-app is not loaded yet, please try again in one minute. let the page load for over 20 mins and still nothing. Please try the following in order to see if which fixes your issue: Try accessing the interface via routerlogin.net & default IP - 192.168.1.1 Disable Adblock on your browser Use Chrome browser Factory reset as a last resort. Have you ever installed Adblock on your browser? If not then you don't need to worry about it. Otherwise it's a little red hand usually in the top right of your web browser. Easier way is launch an incognito chrome and see if you can access. Also, what is your physical setup? The LAN IP may be conflicting with the upstream router.
