xL_Joel
Hi all, I've been having a consistent problem recently whereby I am failing to join MLG Gamebattles matches through the integrated system in Call of Duty WWII. The issue is that when I join, it won't put me in the same lobby that my teammates/our opponents are already in. I've noticed under Console Info in Settings in the game that my NAT type has been strict. The only solution thus far has been a complete internet reset by turning off my BT Home Hub for 30secs and turning it back on. This restores a moderate NAT type. I have no port forwarding rules set up in BT Hub Manager and have UPNP enabled on my R1. Anyone have any ideas what this problem could be? It's happened multiple times. It may not even be the R1's fault at all, as I tried bypassing it by connecting wirelessly to my Home Hub last night and still the problem persisted. Thank you for any help you can provide, Joel
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 12, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted December 12, 2017 Is your Netduma in the DMZ of the home hub? Please ensure that this is the case. You might need to set up port forwarding on your Netduma as well, perhaps Gamebattles is using a port that hasn't been detected by UPnP.

The in-game message around NAT Type says the game tries to use UDP port 3074, which I believe UPnP is automatically forwarding to my PS4's IP address. What other ports would you suggest manually forwarding through the Netduma Interface?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 13, 2017 Administrators Share Posted December 13, 2017 There are these: Call of Duty - WWII - PC TCP: 3074,27015-27030,27036-27037 UDP: 3074,4380,27000-27031,27036 Call of Duty - WWII - Xbox One TCP: 53,80,3074 UDP: 53,88,500,3074,3544,4500 Call of Duty - WWII - Playstation 4 TCP: 80,443,3074,3478-3480 UDP: 3074,3478-3479 But also sounds like you need to disable the Geo-Filter for Gamebattles mode because you are playing against predetermined players. xL_Joel
I have manually forwarded the ports above to my PS4's IP address. Let's see how it works!
