DUMA BOLTON
I've already checked all the support pages with no avail unfortunately, I see other people are facing the same Issue so I'm guessing it's a firmware Issue ?
pollutionblues
I've already checked all the support pages with no avail unfortunately, I see other people are facing the same Issue so I'm guessing it's a firmware Issue ? Its not a firmware issue. getting an open NAT is perfectly possible. I have 4 xbox ones in my house all with open NATs. Ill do my best to help you, I'm not sure what steps you've already tried so Ill just make some suggestions to begin with. Firstly: make sure the geo-filter is disabled as having it enabled while checking your NAT type can cause the Xbox to falsely report a Moderate NAT. Also make sure that upnp forwarding in miscellaneous is disabled and you have no rules set up in port forwarding. Is your BT modem the (white) Openreach one or the (black) BT Homehub? If its the BT Homehub then you need to put the Netdumas WAN IP from the device manager page into the BT Homehub's DMZ.

DUMA BOLTON
Thank you for the Information Guy's, I'm currently using the BTOR Modem - Netduma < All device's connected to the Duma, I Believe Its the Geo-Filter what's the cause then? As i'm not behind a double NAT.

Regarding your post about the slow GUI in another post, check you don’t have UPnP and portforwarding both enabled and also see this link. http://forum.netduma.com/topic/19266-slow-gui-interface-the-solution-is-here/
