Arth
Hi there, I've had my Netduma for over 2 years now and its been working perfectly. I've recently subscribed for a static IP( im not sure if this is the reason) and ever since I cannot access the main interface of netduma. Whenever I type in 192.168.88. I get this site cant be reached, took too long to respond. Need some help please to get this resolved. Regards Joe

Hi there, yes it was a typo. I actually go to 192.168.88.1 and it gives me the same page message "site cant be reached, took too long to respond". pollutionblues
Try accessing the Netduma interface using: 192.168.1.1 or http://r1. Do any of those work? The static IP address shouldn’t cause a problem. I recently change to a static IP address and didn’t have any issues.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 29, 2017 Administrators Share Posted November 29, 2017 Need more details as above. Are you directly connected to the R1? Or are you connected via WiFI? If WiFi make sure it's actually the R1 WiFi. Did you change the LAN IP? Assuming you're on Windows click the start icon, type 'cmd' and hit enter. In the black window that appears type 'ipconfig'. The will be something that says default gateway, use that IP in your web browser. What does it take you to?

pollutionblues
The Netduma is not your default gateway, you must be connecting through your Apple router, that is why you can’t access the Netduma interface. Double check everything in the quick start guide here: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000024070-quickstart-guide-installing-the-router-accessing-the-interface
