KJThaDon
Looking into buying a netduma. I have an Arris media gateway (MG5225G) which is an AIO and controls my cable etc...Anyway I can run the netduma and fix some of the latency issues I have while gaming? I am hardwired. How can I tell if this gateway is one of the affected ones by the Intel chipset? Any recommended setups 110/10 connection Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 13, 2017 Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2017 I couldn't find much about your specific gateway online but you can do this test when direct to your modem: http://www.dslreports.com/tools/puma6if it passes then I think that indicates you don't have that chipset/issue. Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted November 24, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 24, 2017 Hi, welcome to the forum! I'm not overly familiar with the test Fraser suggested, though judging by the screenshot I think you're good to go. The sea of green boxes seems to suggest you don't have a major issue with your chipset - I'll see if Fraser can take a look when he's not busy
