Im pretty IT savvy. i've tried all of the tips i know and have read, set a static ip, open all the ports, use different profiles, and setting a dns of google dns. I have the static ip on both the xbox and the router. ill ether get a dns error on xbox diagnosis or a live error. Any suggestions?

The simplest solution is often the best - I'd recommend the above, your Geo-filter could well be blocking the connection. If you disconnect the Xbox entirely from the Netduma do you still encounter issues?
