Lyncho84 Posted October 9, 2017 Share Posted October 9, 2017 Was wondering why I can't use my netduma as my primary and only router after my modem?At the minute I use my netgear r7000 modem/router with my r1 wired to that then my ps4 wired to r1.Ihave a separate modem which I would like to use then my r1 but it won't work...why?? You need to use PPPoE on the Duma to use the Openreach modem. To be honest I wouldn’t use dslreports mate, it’s really inconsistent. Download PingPlotter, ping twitter.com and set the interval to 2.5 seconds that will give you a far better indication of what is happening with your line.
