If you want to double check I'd run a Ping Plotter to a different site It's just started doing maybe like for three weeks ago. I thought it was a server misbehaving but it seems that is not the case. As Fraser said run PP to your internet provider...Comcast,Spectrum,etc or Twitter and run it for awhile at off time on a quiet network and then at heavy traffic time (5-9 pm) in your time zone and see what your results are.
