Unfortunately, I cannot see any wireless called "Netduma" in fact I see wireless network called "Mikrotik with following digits" I have configured it by entering all my username and password details but I do not know how to get the Netduma GUI with the features Geo-Filter, anti-flood and etc...

Can you re-attach the screenshot please?

I've notified Fraser and the team about this so they can have a look.

It's late (or really early) in the UK so most won't see it until tomorrow though.

Done!

Hi FinalSniper, welcome to the forum! Unfortunately it looks like you've got a really rare issue, whereby the Netduma software has not properly installed onto the router. The only step available when this happens is to send it back here and we'll replace your router for free.

If you email [email protected] with your order ID (on your order email) as well as a link to this forum post, we can replace your router free of charge. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
