BIG__DOG
You could try buying a power adapter that is the same voltage and polarity as the netduma power supply. Your best bet is to take your netduma power supply to a shop that sells those sort of things and get them to match you up with a similar supply. peckOGC
Thanks , i haven't other power adapter with the same amperage in my home so i've test the power adaptater (of the netduma) on others devices after the shutdown and it work on every other so i really think that is the netduma who have the problem.... Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted July 11, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 11, 2017 Thanks , i haven't other power adapter with the same amperage in my home so i've test the power adaptater (of the netduma) on others devices after the shutdown and it work on every other so i really think that is the netduma who have the problem.... It's possible that the Netduma overheated. Was it in a cupboard, or close to other objects - and was anything on top of (or covering) the router? Also, does the router beep at all when you plug it in? Is the light on the back of the router on when plugged in? Try using the reset button on the back of the router. I think given what you have said it's likely that the Netduma has malfunctioned, or the power adapter has. If the light on the back is on, that indicates that the power adapter could be working. peckOGC
The place is clear (no objet on top and 5-10cm mini around it), no cupboard. No beep, no light when plugging, absolutely nothing... I've try the reset button (like you say) but nothing happened too. The Temparature is like 20 -25°c in the room so is it possible that the router overheated ? I've try the power adaptater and it's ok with all my others devices but not on the router so i can't think, the adaptater is the probleme. I've seen the terms and i read that i need to post first on the forum before others actions. So can i do now ? thanks

If you email [email protected] and provide a link to this forum thread, also providing your tracking ID and full name (So we can look you up on our systems) then we can get a replacement out to you. In short, this looks like an overheating problem and shouldn't have happened within a year of purchase. We'll provide a shiny new replacement as soon as possible
