Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted July 6, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 6, 2017 I'm new with netduma I just buy it yesterday and I been receiving a error marionberry and I can't play never happen with my apple router need help plz I'm on Xbox one Hi, welcome to the forum! The suggestion above is great - you need to put those numbers in the cloud section in Settings > Misc. All they do is use a different cloud version, which controls which servers are automatically blocked / allowed on the Geo-filter and other Geo-filter stuff. Also make sure you have strict mode disabled on the Geo-filter let us know how you get on!

Try this guide for your NAT: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022359-how-do-i-open-my-nat- Do you see any blocked / padlock servers on the Geo-filter map when you get this error message? If so, please click on that server and post its ID here.

XSXS
I've been having to disable the geo filter while playing destiny ever since Fraser updated the cloud settings I've been getting kicked. Not sure if coincidence or not. There was another thread about Destiny connection problems where users were giving Fraser server ID numbers to update the cloud to help with this but IMHO made it worse for me. Not sure if because those users were in the Europe and I am in the US??? Any way good luck!
