superpower
I just recently bought an xbox one s to replace my old xbox one and its having open nat problems. So far I have open the port as per instructions on the xbox website and its opens one day and then its closes the next. I even when as far as to disable the upnp on the router and yet it doesn't work. When I pluged my old xbox one the nat type is open. So my question is the software on the xbox one s affecting the netduma? Also is there any way I can make the netduma cooperate with the xbox one s? superpower
I tried everything you said and its not working. I should mention that last month my state had a thunderstorm with knocked out the power and probably cause the Netduma these open nat problems. I bought another netduma just in case. Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted June 8, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted June 8, 2017 I tried everything you said and its not working. When your NAT isn't open, is there another Xbox One on the network? Multiple consoles of the same type can cause NAT issues. If this problem was caused by the thunderstorm, it would be quite a specific thing to break. We can't rule out the possibility though. If you've tried everything Fraser suggested above, see how you get on with your new Netduma compared to the other one. If you end up getting issues again, the problem will lie in the settings. superpower
I just received my second Netduma router today. (I didn't know about the update from g to h.) I opened the dmz on my windstream router interface as per instruction on the netduma to start out first. I haven't however plugged my xbox one original or s without telling you first. Is everything working as expected? The upgrade from G to H didn't include any fixes or improvements - it was simply a change in the terms and conditions.
