I have had my same settings for over a year so I'm a bit rusty, but I may be able to help. Did you input your up and down speeds, try and use your actual speeds and not what your ISP says you should have. Maybe run a speed test from your ISP router with the duma disconnected. Re connect your duma, and enter in the speeds you just got. Make sure sliders are at 100% make sure and tick reactive or preemptive based on your true speeds. Run a speed test and see what you get.

This link concerns internet speeds and may assist as well.

http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000023979-optimal-settings-guide

- If less than 50mbps, Pre-emptive Algorithm. If more, Reactive Algorithm

- 100% anti-flood

- Share excess enabled

- Reset device prioritisation & apply

- Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc (Unless you know that you are on IPv6)

- Disable deep packet in misc

- Enable turbo mode if over 120mbps

- Enable super turbo mode if over 300mbps

- Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds.

- Do a wired speed test from a PC

I hope you get it all sorted out, If not the people on the forum will make sure you get up and running. I had a few issues when I first purchased my duma and got it all figured out with the help of this forum, and has been fine since. Now if someone could make a COD game that isn't a complete piece of shit I would be golden!

Enable mac id in wan settings, changed the last two digits of your netduma mac id to something else like C1, D4 what ever really. Click apply, reset modem and then reset Netduma. You should get a new ip address and you can do this as many times as you want to get a new IP

Hi I'm having issues with my netduma as well, my bandwidth is not saving and I cannot run my ping test need help please!!!

Make sure cookies are enabled, and sometimes for settings to take I have had to do a reboot from the Duma interface. You may have to reboot multiple times.

Have you been able to get your Duma in your ISP routers DMZ?

what is that lol

Basically you need to bridge your ISP router, look up on youtube on how to bridge your model of router. You are going to make it so your ISP router gives up all control to your Netduma.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Firstly did you follow Pharms suggestions as that will sort your speeds out.

Are you talking about your public IP? If so if your ISP has you on a dynamic IP then you should be able to reboot their modem/router and get a new one. If you're on static you'd have to ring them.
