Also how did you reset the netduma? from the web interface? Also how are you connecting please test by wired and if you are trying by wifi the password defaults to netdumar1 on the Netduma. I have tested from modem direct to my sky router its working but maybe some communication from aky router to netduma is not done . Zennon Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 Turn off the duma hook it up to the sky router then turn on let it boot then test wired from it.
