Also how did you reset the netduma? from the web interface? Also how are you connecting please test by wired and if you are trying by wifi the password defaults to netdumar1 on the Netduma.

I have tested from modem direct to my sky router its working but maybe some communication from aky router to netduma is not done . Crossy said something last time in a cjat to me but i forgot the setting maube something to do with the ip adress
Zennon Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 Turn off the duma hook it up to the sky router then turn on let it boot then test wired from it. If it works then the wifi password will have changed to netdumar1 you can change this back.

RADDY1993 Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 I have sr102 So you have a router/modem in one, same as me. Is it all working fine now and as Zennon said check your DMZ is set up correctly and your IP reservation.
