F3arless27 Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 my nat type has reset back to open and all my port forwards have not reset but for some reason i have a moderate nat, can you please help me fix this with the proper ports that need forwarding thank you.

F3arless27 Posted May 17, 2017 Author Posted May 17, 2017 no the game is halo 5 their is no in game nat option all my stuff disappeared im now moderate, just need the proper ports for halo 5 and i know how to open them
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted May 18, 2017 Netduma Staff Posted May 18, 2017 Ah so if you've not got an open NAT on Xbox Live in general, you'll want to forward ports for that as well. Check out this page for a list of Xbox Live ports: http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live It appears that Halo 5 only requires these Xbox Live ports and doesn't have specific game ports - likely because it's a Microsoft game. If anyone on the forum believes this is untrue please let us know - though the proof will be if those ports I just sent you gave you work out. If you need help port forwarding please let us know.

And also, do you have more than one console?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 20, 2017 Administrators Posted May 20, 2017 Try this please: Hard turn off the console Disable Geo-filter on Duma Hub in modem mode or R1 WAN IP from device manager into the DMZ on hub UPnP & port forwarding disabled on the hub UPnP OR port forwarding enabled on the Duma, not both UPnP forwarding disabled in Duma miscellaneous settings Boot up console - check network settings - should be open or NAT Type 2 (open) Boot up game - should be open
