Inniltown11 Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Hi, I just turned on my ps4 for black ops 3 and turned on my browser for the Geo filter page on the natduma r1, everything seemed fine, I jumped on a game and it was pretty bad, I tried to rate and block that server or host and all of a sudden, all my devices disconnected and will not reconnect tho the laptop says connected but no Internet, I can't connect to Internet with any device unless I go on my normal Internet not trough the r1, any idea of what I need to do? Thanks!

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 14, 2017 Administrators Posted May 14, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! Can you access the Netduma interface? Does it has a WAN IP in device manager?
Inniltown11 Posted May 14, 2017 Author Posted May 14, 2017 Hi, I actually gave up trying and unplugged the router but tried again and everything is working, I believe that somehow it had no ip or something, it said could not find dns or something along those lines but after it was unplugged for a bit then re hooked up it was able to get what it needed to work, it has been working great since, I'm not sure what happened other than I put my ps4 in hyper traffic then all this happened, not sure if it's related or not, it was a bit of a scare but it's fine now, there is a Wan ip now, not sure if it still showed as I had it in dmz mode on my modem, could that be what happened since it was in dmz and I added to hyper traffic Aswell?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 15, 2017 Administrators Posted May 15, 2017 Great to hear that! No the DMZ or hyper traffic shouldn't have caused that. It likely just needed a reboot after putting in the DMZ. Make sure you turn off the WiFi on your hub so that all devices stay connected to the R1 otherwise congestion control won't work correctly if devices automatically connect to the hub.
