Mordecai
Ok, I am getting failed nat type on the playstation internet connection test. I can get a type 2 NAT only with the geo filter disabled. Once I enable the geo filter I consistantly get failed NAT. In game BO3 and IW I have an open NAT. I have UPnp disabled, but I have my ports fowarded. If anyone can help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
ColonicBoom
I would have just suggested forwarding the ports but you've obviously already done that, I thought 'type 2 NAT' is what you want for PS4 though. Admittedly I don't know much about PS4 as I'm on Xbox but there are plenty of others in here on PS4 that will help you out tomorrow. Can you let us know what your setup is, in case it's related to that, for example... ISP hub (make model) > Netduma > Access Point (make model) > PS4
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 28, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 28, 2017 When the Geo-filter is enabled and you do this test do you see anything being blocked on the map?
Mordecai
Modem: Motorola SB6141 > Router Netduma > I am not sure what Access point is?? > PS4 Yes, when the geo-filter is enabled and I run the test I get a yellow exclamation mark which appears on the far left hand side of my mini map. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 29, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 29, 2017 I can't see the photo but if you can get me the ID I can add it to the whitelist. Meanwhile, add it to your allow list and you shouldn't have an issue

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 30, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 30, 2017 I think Bagsta had a similar issue, have you got an open NAT/all port forwarding for console & game set? If not do that and see if you get the same issue please
Mordecai
NAT is still failed, all ports foward.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 1, 2017 Administrators Share Posted May 1, 2017 I couldn't recreate the issue. Are you using auto&bleeding edge cloud? If not set and apply, if so just apply again to flush the cloud. Does NAT Type show then?
