Sand323
My ping is okay but noticed that the jitter and spike is bad. Packages aren't lost, been having trouble joining friends that I usually play with on a daily basis. Also have been experiencing nat type issues. I have an open nat. I called my internet provider thinking it was the internet, they told me everything is running fine that it might be the router.

ColonicBoom
If this has been happening since you first set up your Netduma then it could be something in your settings. But it could be a lot of other things too. If it's just happened today then the first thing to do is check the Overwatch server status, you'll find out if your internet is down completely for a start and then you'll find out if the servers are having problems. Sand323
This has been happening for the last 3 days I've tried restarting my router and modem but it doesn't fix the problem, I tried factory resetting the router as well but it didn't fix anything either. Tried trouble shooting the problem with help from the forums and I'm still having the same problem. I've had the netduma for a little more than a month and I'm barely experiencing issues with it. But I am thinking their is probably a setting that's causing the issue but I have no idea honestly.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 22, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 22, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! I believe that Overwatch only has a few servers in each region so if you're using the Geo-filter you need to make sure it's covering one of those servers otherwise you won't get a game. You're also likely blocking your friends so you'll need to add them to your allow list: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022357--with-the-geo-filter-how-do-i-play-with-friends- Go to settings > miscellaneous and make sure you're using auto & bleeding edge cloud. If you already are just click update.
