TrayDay
On the fourth port on the router. I always seem to get lan cablend not connected. I've noticed this happened on both my ps4 and ps4 pro when I use the last port on the router with a Cat6 cable. I've even tester to see if it was just the ps4 so, I connected a second router on to that lan port. And the problem persists. It also happens with cat5 as well but not as frequent on that port. I be plaging with multiple consoles at the same time and the other ports and consoles don't get disconnected. They're fine with no issues. I thought it was just the cat6 I had purchased, so I bought a new one and the problem still comtinues. But other than that everything is fine on other ports. Setup is TP-Link 7610 > Netduma all cat6 cables. Miscellaneous enable cookies & enable turbo is only ticked. Three ps4s connected and desktop, with netduma wifi enable (not enabled wifi workaround not to be confused). Mainly using Netduma for everything no AP. Edit: just wiggled the mess out of my lan port on my ps4 pro was Hella scared but so far no disconnect. But will see how well it does in a 72 hour span. Will Keep updated. TrayDay
Okay do keep us updated! Everything is fine, seem that did the trick. Just wiring wasn't secured. As I was gentle with plugging it in, from hearing horror story of others Ethernet port on their ps4's going out or not working for them. But all good, Fraser!
