Idiot On Tour
I've tried restarting both my Netduma and my BT router yet it still doesn't work. I can only access the interface if I hook my Mac up to the Netduma directly using an ethernet cable. Wireless doesn't seem to work but wired does it's strange? My Xbox One and Mac are fine when using ethernet, but when I try to connect wirelessly there's no connection?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 7, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2017 Connect via ethernet, disable the WiFi & apply. Then enable & apply. Are you then able to connect and have an internet connection?
BIG__DOG
do as fraser says, but disable wifi on the bt smart hub. when connected to the netduma via ethernet go to wfifi settings in settings tab on duma, go to wifi and enable it and give it your desired ssid and password and you should be goo to go. If you are able to I would throw away that crap bt smarthub (which aint too smart) and get a modem such as a draytek vigor 130 (which I use) or comtrend or a openreach modem. Then you can connect the nuetduma directly to that and just use the pppoe login which I know or other bt users on here can give you.
