pomare_69
My Netduma has stopped showing hosts and people that you are connected to. Also my netduma used to register my playstation but no longer does so and only shows it as an unnamed device. Any help you be appreciated.
TrayDay
You're Netduma probably was rebooted or disconnected unintentionally and possibly losing your named devices. As for the console not registering the hosts. Completely shut down the console and wait two minutes. If you have any other consoles in the geofilter. Do the same for those consoles; power them off. After the two minutes, power on the console. Choose the game and before you choose matchmaking, make sure your console of choice is in the geofilter at the top with the power settings for the console. If it's for playstation, choose the console of choice, playstation network and make sure both "show hosts" and "enabled" are both ticked/checked. There's times where I would try to name the device through my PS4 web browser and the Netduma would only register the first two letters. So with that said, make sure you're using a proper browser to configure your netduma settings. Google chrome and Firefox works best. IE have problems at times so it's best to use the other two. Also, if the devices are not being saved. Reboot the router from the miscellaneous menu and after the reboot. input the devices names. so that there wouldn't be any interference with settings. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 30, 2017 Administrators Share Posted March 30, 2017 Make sure you've renamed it so you know which one it is. Would recommend then setting up a static IP for it in settings > DHCP lease. Let us know how you get on with the suggestions given above.
