Stobbee
Hi everyone, I've recently bought a Netduma and trying to figure out how to use it with my two consoles. I've a Netgear d6200 Modem/router connected to the internet. The only device connected to this one is the Netduma. No problems on my pc, smartphones and ipad connecting wireless and surfing the internet. But when I try to connect my console it keeps running very slowly the test and it fails. I've tried to DMZ the Netduma, but I keep having same issues. If I set the Netgear as modem only I lose my internet connection and I can't anymore turn back to modem/router mode due to no connection so I have to factory reset the Netgear... Do you have any suggestions?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 16, 2017 Administrators Share Posted March 16, 2017 Hey, welcome to the forum! How are you trying to connect the consoles to the Netduma? Ethernet or WiFi? Do you have the Geo-filter disabled at the time when you're attempting the test?

I solved by giving both consoles a static IP address and now everything run smoothly!
