Tubbie.t Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 Hi, my duma seems to go non responsive when I try changing profiles. I set up to game by setting duma to my profile, game for a hour or two, nice. When I finish and try to set Duma back to everyday use, in takes an absolute age for it to load (if at all) Ending in me having to hard reset?....any ideas as its starting to become a pain Cheers

I personally don't use Sky so am unfamiliar with that modem but there are plenty around who do. I am sure we can get your issue sorted out soon.

If it's custom, you're probably messing with device prioritization too much. For example, if you uncheck share excess and set your PC to 1 or 0 then you'll have no connection to the router.

Tubbie.t Posted March 6, 2017 Author Posted March 6, 2017 Using cod ultimate profile on chrome browser. It's fine loading and using said profile, it's when I change back to everyday usage. It's even telling me "success profile loaded" but when I check 20min later it's still on cod profile.

Tubbie.t Posted March 6, 2017 Author Posted March 6, 2017 COD ultimate profile changes sliders to 70% doesn't it? When I finish gaming I change profile (or try) back to "non gaming". Which I belive reverts sliders (and any other tweaks ) back to base settings. It's at this point that MY duma struggles. It's not a huge problem cause after 20min of resetting I can get in back to normal. I just thought you may want to be aware of it. It's never been a problem before as duma has worked like a dream since I've had it, it's just a recent annoyance.
