If the ISP modem has a built in router and the modem can't be bridged, connect the port 1 of the R1 to the LAN port of the ISP Modem. In put the IP address the R1 gets from the ISP modem into the ISP modems DMZ. Set up a IP address reservation for the R1 on the ISP modem. Preferred is to have the ISP modem bridged fully, if possible, so the R1 gets a WAN public IP address on Port 1. Netduma Fraser 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
