zombitroid
So I connected my netduma back up, trying to get back into gaming again, and I am not getting my paid for speeds. I pay for 150 mb down and 10 up and I am receiving 10 down and 3 up when connecting to the net duma. when I connect to the ISP hub I receive the paid for speeds minus 20 % due to the uplink speed requirement. what can I do to fix this? I have factory reset the net duma and the problem persists. the isp hub is not filtrating my netduma, and the netduma is set up to handle my speeds. any thoughts at all? thanks! jeff

zombitroid
Hello, zennon. I have tried everything in that troubleshooting guide. They are intuitive solutions to the problem. Perhaps I need to update or something? I believe that possibly my ISP doesnt support this type of device. I am not sure though. Doesn't look as if there is a solution in sight as I have factory reset my netduma, reset both my ISP hub and my netduma, and toggled the pertinent settings related to the problem. zombitroid
the correlation is clear: tests when connected to the ISP hub report speeds above 150, and on the netduma the speeds are a fifteenth of that magnitude. It is the strangest darn thing

It is not your ISP if you get full speeds from their router.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted January 26, 2017 Netduma Staff Share Posted January 26, 2017 do I need to upgrade? I am on 103.6g You're on the latest upgrade. Zennon suggested a new Ethernet cable; did you try that? If you receive the full speed through the ISP (if you do a wired speed test on a PC using only your modem) then it's not your ISP at fault. Have you followed every step in this guide? http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022366-why-is-my-connection-speed-lower-
