I have recently had sky installed every thing has been fine until the last few days , i have suffered with gaming especially fifa , some game i can play the first half without any issues then i get random freezes for a few seconds and a juddering screen with a slight delay.

With a ping of 45ms you shouldn't be encountering those kinds of issues if your diagnostics states that everything is fine. What's your base ping? Given that you've changed provider recently I imagine your line is the cause. I'd recommend downloading Pingplotter and running a test on there for maybe 2 hours pinging Twitter.com. That'll give you a good judge of how your line is doing. If you could post a screenshot of the results here that'd help massively in diagnosing the issue.

 

Some people aren't having good luck with Fifa though; there's been a rumour circulating that the game is programmed to handicap you online in certain situations which can apparently look like lag / connection problems. Did you have connection issues before Sky? What're your Geofilter settings?

Are ALL devices connected to your R1? Do you have your console in hyper traffic?

 

Change location/Geo filter settings to try and get different players. Do they play any better?
