Ruthless24 Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Not sure if anyone has had this problem, but for some strange reason I can't send out text messages when I'm connected to the wifi. I have to disconnect off the wifi in order to send. Happens about 90% of the time any solution to this? Thanks
abc123 Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 If you are using an iOS device try disabling Wi-Fi calling
Ruthless24 Posted December 27, 2016 Author Posted December 27, 2016 On the actual phone correct? *Update* So I double check and I do have wifi-calling disabled on my iOS device maybe tuning it on will help it?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 27, 2016 Administrators Posted December 27, 2016 Try turning it on and letting us know if it works
Ruthless24 Posted December 28, 2016 Author Posted December 28, 2016 No still having the same issue...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 28, 2016 Administrators Posted December 28, 2016 Can you try using the preemptive algorithm & turning turbo mode off please.
Ruthless24 Posted December 29, 2016 Author Posted December 29, 2016 I fallowed your instructions Fraser and it worked! I had it set to reactive algorithm and turbo mode ticked due slow internet speeds. I currently have a 50download and 5upload! Is there any solution to this or am I going to have switch algorithms when I want to text message or download? Thanks for you help
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 30, 2016 Administrators Posted December 30, 2016 Great to hear that! Unfortunately you'll have to switch algorithms when you want faster speeds. This should be something we hope to fix in DumaOS.
Ruthless24 Posted December 31, 2016 Author Posted December 31, 2016 Can't wait! When does it look like the DumaOS will be out Fraser?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 31, 2016 Administrators Posted December 31, 2016 You can see an update on the development of DumaOS here http://forum.netduma.com/topic/19113-dumaos-development-update/
