Hosts are not Visible

Hello Everyone ,

 

I have this problem since 4-5 hours ago 

none of the hosts show up on the map and there is nothing but the empty map 

so i checked all the setting everything was correct and none of the setting were changed , and I'm checking the host on a correct browser which is google chrome , i also rebooted the router , nothing changed 

so there is should be problem some where either ps network or Iw servers or the router it self 

i post a screen shot here to show you what do i see right now in the host filtering tap

hope to have fixed this problem soon

Do you have 'show hosts' enabled?

And do you have the right device selected in the Geo filter?

if you read my own txt i wrote that yes i rebooted and i checked everything none of them has changed

yes everything was working last noon 

i haven't touched any of the setting 

but just to make you sure about this  here you go

 

 

so i repeated again , i installed this router my self , i have checked everything 

every setting is correct and i haven't touched anything , its just stop working !

so I fixed the issue by rebooting the modem - then select the cod profile again - reboot the modem again and now it shows the host 

but still when i want to get a ping from any host it gives me error 

i check the vpn tab none of the device were selected - I'm using chrome - and everything was fine and working yesterday

I did a reset factory , set everything up from the beginning and now everything is working
