Pc host filter settings

Hi guys. I'm such a noob at this stuff. Iv managed to link my ps4 up with host filtering selecting playstation network as the option and same with my Xbox one selecting Xbox live in the drop down menu but I'm not sure what to select for my desktop pc? It has a few options but not sure what to select. Any help would be appreciated

I think it's 'xbox live' too but I don't have a PC so I'm not certain

Hey, welcome to the forum the service you want is Xbox Live, it should open all the necessary ports you need.
